Meet Joanna

As the founder of Flourishing Introverts, Joanna is committed to shifting the extraversion bias in business & education. She does this through coaching & training introverts so they can show up authentically as their career progression journey continues.

Joanna found out she was an introvert in her 30s, but it wasn't until her 50s that she grew the confidence to stop pretending and play to her strengths. This is what she wants for introverts everywhere who are ready to flourish.

With her MSc in Change Agent Skills & Strategies, she understands the scale and complexity of this problem, so she also works with organisations to shift the bias as part of their Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda.
